Vance the hunky rodeo rider does not have time to date as he strives to win the nationals this year. However the extremely shy and mysterious waitress, Libby grabs his attention because she drops her orders every time he appears. Vance scares Libby as he reminds her of the past she is running from it's one of heavy guilt and fear. Both Libby and Vance feel the mutual attraction they have towards one another.
Will she be willing to open her heart again? Will she allow the ladies of Ransom Creek into her life as friends?
Can Vance's kindness , patience, and charms give Libby the strength to trust a friendship/relationship between them a fighting chance to grow?
