My favorite trope
How have I not read a Reese Ryan book before now?! I really enjoyed this friends to lovers story and can’t wait to go back and read the rest of the series.
Dallas and Zora were so great together, but I will say that the Vegas fake marriage trope is not something I love. That’s the only reason why I didn’t give this book 5 stars. I still devoured it in one sitting!
An exploration of the hard parts
Really good and detailed. Very sensual and detailed. The emotional intensity is very well written. I was engaged from beginning to end

What happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas with the help of some “tiny slice of heaven brownies”. Zora & Dallas friends to lover’s story draw you in and hold you until the end. I loved reading about their dedication and commitment to each other and their friendship as day one friends. Neither of them wanted to admit that they wanted more than just a friendship. I enjoy seeing them come together and get their HEA.
