Sometimes the jobs are simple, deliver a crate.
Sometimes the crate is full of space bees and Bennie opens it.
Gabe is back from his mission of leading a droid civil rights movement and seems to have been more or less successful.
A new client approaches the crew, escort and protection detail for a summit. That sounds easy, and the pay is good.
Turns out the Galactic Commonwealth is only partly run by the governing council…
Things, as they do, turn sideways and now the Ghost is hiding from a super-advanced warship that shouldn’t exist.
Turns out one of their previous clients is far more evil than they ever imagined, and someone they thought worthless turns out to be a valuable ally. Who doesn’t like learning new things?!

Fun to read
The entire series has been great to read up to this point. John Wilker does an excellent job integrating humor (mostly dad jokes but still very funny) into his work while keeping the story moving at a nice pace. I am looking forward to the rest of the series and wish he would speed up the writing so I don’t have to wait so long. Now I’m off to find some of those fried thing-a-mabobs.
Great next volume.
Fun read, fast paced.
Space Rogues 6
I stumbled across your first book by chance and enjoyed the humor/sci-fi. Each new book makes me smile and out loud laugh. Great back and forth between the crew. And the play on movies, Firefly, and “earth” sayings are great. Space Rogues 7, here I come!
