CHAPTER 7

She woke up in the morning and went outside. “Willowpaw.” She heard behind her. She turned around and blackstar was standing there. “Me?” Asked WillowPaw. “Yes you,“ said Blackstar. “Come with me.” Willowpaw slowly trotted to high rock. “Come in,” Said Blackstar. WillowPaw stepped into the leader's den. “I have a mission for you, Willowpaw.” Said Blackstar. “What is it?” Meowed Willowpaw. “You need to collect herbs for MistyLeaf.” “That sounds easy,” Said Willowpaw. “You cut me off, apprentice.” Snarled Blackstar. “S-sorry Blackstar.” “You need to get herbs for MistyLeaf, in Windclan territory. With your Mentor-BlueFur- of course.” Stated Blackstar.
“Wait, what?!” Said Willowpaw, surprised. “You will be going with two warriors, and you will need to cross treeclan territory. WillowPaw was speechless. “When?” She asked. “Now.” Blackstar meowed. “Well, you shall leave now, find your mentor.”

Willowpaw left the leader's den and went to the warriors den. She was walking in then she heard
“Ah, willowpaw, what do you think you're doing in the warriors den?” She turned around and sa
w whitepelt, a white she with black spots all over her fur. “Blackstar sent me to go find Bluefur,” meowed Willowpaw. “Why would you need to find BlueFur?” Whitepelt asked. “I’m on a mission, past Treeclan territory.” Stated willowpaw. “Do you mean.. like, in WindClan territory?” Asked Whitepelt, surprised. “That’s impossible! You're not even a warrior yet! You can’t be sent on a mission. Especially one past enemy territory!” Said Whitepelt. “Well, why don’t you go ask Blackstar himself!” Meowed WillowPaw. “Well, maybe I will!” Said Whitepelt, storming out of the den. “Nice,” Said Willowpaw. “She’s gone.” Willowpaw walked deeper into the den and found BlueFur, laying next to Oak Leaf, his mate. “BlueFur! Can I borrow you for a moment?” Asked Willowpaw. “Uhm.. Ok? Why are you in the warriors den?” Said BlueFur. “No time to explain, just come on.” Willowpaw grabbed BlueFur and ran out of the den. “Bye I guess.” Said Oakleaf.

“Bluefur, we have a mission.” Said willowpaw “but you're not even a warrior yet!“ Said BlueFur.
“I know that. But that’s what Blackstar told me.” Meowed Willowpaw. “What is the mission?” Asked Bluefur. “It’s… to…” Willowpaws voice trailed off. “To what? Young Willow?” “To go into Windclan territory to find… herbs,” Said Willowpaw. Bluefur gasped in shock. “Only us?!” Bluefur said, eyes wide in surprise. “No, there will be another warrior with us.” “That’s not
too better,``said Bluefur. “It’s still better, right?” Asked Willowpaw. “Yeah, I guess it is.” Said Bluefur. “Well, who are we taking with us? Can it be OakLeaf?” Said BlueFur “Please?” He pleaded. “Ok, as long as she is a good warrior.” “She’s ok, but she’s very brave.” Bluefur said. “Good enough, let’s go.” Said WillowPaw. They went into the den and explained what was happening with the mission. “Enemy territory?!” Said OakLeaf, with a look of shock on her face. “Please, OakLeaf,” begged BlueFur. “Ok, but if we get caught, I’m not trusting you again.” “If we get caught, there would probably not be any again,” said Bluefur. This comment made Willowpaw think twice about going, and it would be better if she didn’t.
