Underrated Masterpiece
Micheal G Mannings work has become the collection I compare all other work to.
If I ever am explaining the downfalls of a series or book to a friend, I almost always have an example of it being done well in Manning's work.
If you liked the first two books in this series, then you will not be disappointed reading this one either.
I often have trouble reading for longer than an hour or two and yet I finished this book in 2 days time, reading it whenever I could.
I'm trying to keep this brief but there's just so much I could say.
The world-building, Mannings ability to make every character matter and feel real. The magic system? Best one in any story I've ever heard, seen, read, or experienced.
Thank you, Manning, for your work, to this day it has been the best thing I've ever read.
