Highly recommend

This is a great book - applicable to any leadership role and a quick (fun) read. There were countless golden nuggets to ponder and also tactical suggestions that can be easily implemented. Will surely come back to this book time and time again.

Great reminder of what great leadership entails

Read this a few years ago when my organization rolled out the WCC. So much of it has stuck with me, but got some great tips reading it again. Love the Fable & the way it highlights the stark differences between being a manager & a coach.
