Totally worth the money
I bought this book a while back for my parents who were visiting me in Southern California and were planning a trip to Santa Barbara. I had originally bought them a California book but it didn't include very detailed information about Santa Barbara. So I was looking for a Santa Barbara guide in addition to it. My parents loved the book. It details some great places that are not your typical tourist hot spots and is perfect for planning a trip to Santa Barbara and the local area. They passed it on to me when they came back. I had no idea it was even available for ipad. I ended up using it to plan a trip with my college friends. Lots of fun.
Great tour recommendations
I bought this book mainly because it was cheap and because I didn’t want to spend $20 on a conventional Santa Barbara guide, and I do have to say I was impressed. I got exactly what I needed to plan a fun weekend in Santa Barbara. By the way, I did the whale watching tour recommended in the book. It was amazing. I really didn’t expect to see an orca that close. Great tip!
