White Nights and Other Stories

White Nights is a novella written by Fyodor Dostoevsky which tells the story of a young man, Nastasya, who falls in love with a married man, Mr. Ivanov. Nastasya is unable to forget Ivanov and spends her nights waiting for him to return home from work. When he finally does appear, she learns that he is planning to leave his wife and marry her.
