Wild at Heart Revised and Updated

Years ago I started reading this book. In God’s perfect timing I finished it today. What strikes me most is the words used to describe the hope we have in Christ. And how our faith is critical for sustaining us in life. Dying to sin gives up our old ways and we hold fast to God’s way. This is described so well. And the stories are so relatable. Not everything shared is my experience yet I could relate to my own experiences and be clear of what God has revealed to me. These revelations are what prompts my soul to ask for forgiveness. And this wholeness of acknowledging then releasing is through Christ. God is so good. And what you’ve written here is special for all to see. I pray more people will read your book. I can imagine the lives that will be made new because of it. God renews; it’s true and I am grateful every day for his lead in my life. It is too easy to be persuaded and get off track if we don’t learn to recognize our Father’s voice. All praise to God for guiding your writing. Thank you!

I wanted to like this book but the one-dimensional nature of men that the author presents is limiting and insulting.

A book that I have come back to over and over again; each time it hits me differently depending on the stage of life I am in.
