He’ll risk everything to keep her.
He’s going from military hero to bodyguard? Well, that might not be so bad. The money will be good anyway. But then Fergus meets the woman he’s hired to protect. A former teen pop star? Please God, no.
After being taken advantage of repeatedly through her career, the music diva is used to pushing people away. But her sexy bodyguard’s need for control is eventually impossible to resist. Who is she to fight when he insists on being much closer than arm’s length?
And keeping the sexy hero close isn’t such a bad idea, considering she’s got a stalker.
Previously titled July Flames.
Mari Carr’s Irish series rocks
The newest book by Mari Carr, July Flames, again follows Pop Pop’s grandkids as they find their true one. I loved this book, as much as I love all her other ones. This is a book I will read over & over & I recommend everyone out it on their re-read list!
Another great Wilder Irish story!
Mari Carr has done it again! She has given us another wonderful, sexy, suspenseful story about the Collins family. This Wilder Irish book is about Fergus, next generation Collins, out of the military , and starting a security firm with his cousin Finn. Their first client, before they really open, is rock princess Aubrey Summers, former young teen actress. Fergus is to act as bodyguard, she has gone through so many! Aubrey has a stalker who seems to hurt those around her if they seem to hurt her. But Aubrey is a real witch to her bodyguards, firing them as quickly as possible. But the record label hired Fergus AND she doesn't intimidate him as she will soon find out! Watch sparks fly and fires ignite! Captivating, sensual story as only Mari Carr can write!I
