Winters v. Fru-Con Inc‪.‬

Terry Winters hand was severed at the wrist while he was working at a food processing plant. He reached settlements with various defendants but proceeded with his claims against Fru-Con, the company that installed the equipment that injured him. Winters appeals the exclusion of his experts testimony and the entry of judgment in Fru-Cons favor. We affirm.
