I was diagnosed with PCOS four years after I started experiencing symptoms and I have a friend that was diagnosed with endometriosis. So many symptoms I had I didn’t realize were tied to my endocrine system / hormones. I have a degree in nutrition and without a doubt this is the best book I have read pertaining to woman’s health and nutrition. Even for men - I’m making my spouse read it for the information he can gain in regards to eating to treat endocrine function and stress/anxiety. Food is everything and Alisa Vitti is amazing! Wish they taught this to all women in school during sex education and wish college nutrition courses would adopt the material. Should be required!
