Wrath Wrath

Publisher Description

The fourth in the Faithful and the Fallen series from John Gwynne, an epic fantasy perfect for fans of George R. R. Martin, Brandon Sanderson and David Gemmell.

Events are coming to a climax in the Banished Lands, as the war reaches new heights. King Nathair has taken control of the fortress at Drassil and three of the Seven Treasures are in his possession. And together with Calidus and his ally Queen Rhin, Nathair will do anything to obtain the remaining Treasures. With all seven under his command, he can open a portal to the Otherworld. Then Asroth and his demon-horde will finally break into the Banished Lands and become flesh.

Meanwhile Corban has been taken prisoner by the Jotun, warrior giants who ride their enormous bears into battle. His warband scattered, Corban must make new allies if he hopes to survive. But can he bond with competing factions of warlike giants? Somehow he must, if he's to counter the threat Nathair represents.

His life hangs in the balance -- and with it, the fate of the Banished Lands.

Amazing

Oh wow where to begin. First off if I could have rated this whole series higher I would have! This series has been an incredible ride! It has been a roller coaster of emotions from happiness and laughter to so sad and tear jerking.

Following Corban and his friends and family from childhood (preteen years to adulthood), learning and growing from his wonderful mentors to taking on pure evil has been amazing!

This story has sucked me in totally. Many days in this normal world I have found myself thinking about Corban, Gar, Storm and even Craf along with the giants and all of the other amazing characters, wondering how they are doing and what challenges they will be facing when I finally get home from work and quickly slip back into this awesome work of The Banished Lands!

The action and battle scenes are over the top amazing and an exhilarating, so well done. Made you feel like you were right there fighting along side!

John Gwynne is definitely right at the top of my favorite authors list! He definitely does not disappoint! Truth and Courage John!

So if you haven’t read this series I definitely recommend that you do! Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cannot wait to get into Blood and Bone series soon!

Wrath

Probably one of the most enjoyable series of books I’ve ever read. Amazing characters, solid story, shocking twists and turns and genuine shout out loud moments. Book 4 (Wrath) is exceptionally well written, embeds you completely in the characters emotions and leaves you feeling genuinely bereft that it’s all over.
