Living longer and healthier.
Great advice and really targeted for men in their 50s and 60s to rethink their perceptions on aging and decay. Combination of no-nonsense storytelling and real science to understand the why! I have put the advice into practice for the last few months and I’m now 60 with a resting heart rate of 48 and a plan to live a healthy active life until I’m 100, and I’ll talk to anyone about it who will listen (or can’t get away from me).
