I enjoyed it but it wasn’t one of my favourite from this author. It was pretty heavy and emotional though still had those sweet moments to help get you through. Why is there nothing hotter than a dad just being a good dad? Having someone who will step up to the plate and do their share because they know it’s their responsibility as much as it is the mums.
Normally I love a dual POV but I hate it when there is no distinction between them. Like, do one chapter each or something, don’t just change it with a paragraph. I spent so much time trying to work out who we were meant to be hearing from and I feel like it was so random and abrupt.
CN for eating disorders and talk of calorie counting etc. Also background character with past addiction issues but nothing on page.
