Love the story and the nostalgia
I first read this story on Fictionpress and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to now, a fair few years have passed, but my enjoyment from this book lives on. Rayna’s grandparents are a hoot and a half and Brady, well Brady is Brady. Would have loved to actually meet Rayna’s mum in this version but otherwise the end was wrapped up well.
Didn’t make sense
I usually love all of Tijan stuff but this book made no sense. Couldn’t follow what this story line was even meant to be about. The main character were annoying as hell

I liked the concepts in this book and the ideas behind the story but I found the main character to be annoyingly naive at times and frustratingly insecure as well until right at the end ...
Brody has the potential to be more too ..
I’m not sure what was missing from him but he was an emotional yo-yo and like a double agent - so different with her and the other People .. he was no longer in school but attended all the school parties which was kinda odd and then there was no real
Closure with Clarissa or kid really .... where’d they go and what happened to them .
Although I love Tijans books this one was good but not great .
