About the author
Mhairi was born in Scotland in 1976 and her unnecessarily confusing name is pronounced Vah-Ree.
After some efforts at journalism, she started writing novels. It’s Not Me, It’s You is her third book. She lives in Nottingham, with a man and a cat.

I lost count of the red herrings. A complex story of personal growth and of difficult decisions. The PR phase in London is pure farce with Kurt as ringmaster and provocateur while being the character who introduces Adam to the mix. Who is Joe? He becomes a pivotal figure multiple times but who is he?
An enjoyable romp through growth in your thirties
Couldn’t put it down
My life stopped as I catapulted into this book. I was taken on an emotional roller coaster as the story unfolded. I felt every up and down that the main character experienced. What a wonderful book! I can’t wait to read more!
So engrossing!
Could not stop reading this book! What I thought was going to be a run of the mill chick lit, turned into a stay up until the crack of dawn read.
It was cute and quirky, funny and heart wrenching!
