Bullying’s most devestating consequence
This book takes one of the most devestatingly possible consequences of high school bullying and puts it front and centre, making the reader really question the motives behind such a horrible act.
Jodi Picoult has a knack for making you feel sympathy for a character that, if you came across them in real life, you’d probably loath and want to destroy.
The book also shows the aweful reality that would face the family of anyone whose child turned out to be a school shooter
