Paul Kordiak v. Harry Holmgren and Another

Action for wrongful death in the district court for Anoka county by the special administrator of the estate of Edward Kordiak against Harry Holmgren, a minor, and H. W. Holmgren, his father, on behalf of said minor and on his own behalf. The case was tried before Leonard Keyes, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict returned for defendants.
