The 2008 Run for the Roses is less than a week away, and there still remains an All-Points Bulletin to track down a horse that on form generates any pre-race excitement. There are bays, chestnuts, chocolates and grays. There are big-name trainers and no-name bucket-and-oats trainers. There are colts that were high on the radar but faltered in their last prep. There is a colt that may be the fastest we've seen in years but has only raced three times. Relative to the perceived weakness of this crop, not one but two fillies are considering entering Race 12 under the Twin Spires.
