Chimp Paradox

Really only overheard one person talk about this book, but as “life changing”. Going through my own issues and insecurities, I had already made my mind up I had to tackle these issues head on, and plunged into the book. I have literally only just finished reading, but each chapter made contextual sense, early days, but it has left a powerful impact in me believing I can address my inner issues, and turn my mind (and life) back to where I want them to be. Thank you Steve Peters.
