Some good recipes but format annoying
Great ideas to kick start low carb but the format of the book online is really annoying. Seems like the book has just been scanned and doesn’t flow properly when you swipe from page to page. Spent a lot of time swiping. Surely you can do better?

Incredible explanation and information on low carb eating and intermittent fasting. Easy to follow guide, meal plan and recipes are so quick! Luke’s best yet with Eat More Vegan a close second. I’ve bought the digital copy here and love it but will get a hard copy to keep in the kitchen. 10/10!
