4.5 Stars for C.J.Duggan’s When in Rome
This is the first book I have read by C.J Duggan and it certainly won’t be the last, when you start a series at book 4 and you give it 4.5 Stars I think that tells you what a great series you have stumbled on. This author bought Rome to life, she describes it perfectly and you feel like you are right there with the characters experiencing life as only Italians can.
Sammie needs a break so she takes a gap year and books herself on a tour to Rome but things don’t go to plan and she finds herself stuck in a hotel with no reason to stay... well that was until she met the hot Italian stranger named Marcello.
If you love steamy romance and cities that come to life this is a must read, I need to go back and read the other books in this series before the next one comes out because I’m sure I will fall in love with every character and every city C.J. Duggan writes about.
Delightful
This was a dream to read. So easy hence done in a day! It flowed from chapter to chapter without confusion, the story line was as though you were part of the group & as always the ending. I have read several of this authors books & not once have I been disappointed. Loved them all to the point of addiction!
