Operational Procedures

As a writer and Theoretical Knowledge Instructior, I am sometimes tempted to describe this course as the “scrapbook” of all PPL courses. My description is not meant to be detrimental, quite the opposite, but as a description of the scope and inclusiveness of the information that the course contains. For example, it includes very important facts that every pilot should know, practical items such as how do I prepare for my flight, external and internal inspections or how best to brief my passengers. Information and guidance on the “what ifs”, the unexpected that could happen at any time, system/equipment failures, cockpit/cabin smoke or a bird strike, the list is endless.
