Publisher Description

This course targets the aspiring private pilot. It consists of two parts: ‘General Navigation’ and ‘Radio Navigation’. The course conforms EASA learning objectives.
General Navigation mainly deals with mathematical concepts which enables the student to prepare for a navigation flight. This includes preparing a navigation log through tools and apps, but still also navigation charts. Plotting on such charts is still essential, as well as translating this to the cockpit with the on-board instruments.

The course material leverages over 15 years of teaching experience for line pilots and it has been transposed and adapted for private pilots. This will be your challenge now to absorb all of this material for which you will need to take the time, especially for exercises with the objective to fully familiarize yourself with navigation challenges.
