This book is a course book intended to familiarize individuals in training to obtain a PPL or LAPL pilot license with aviation regulations. It is a textbook, not a law book.

The official legislation that must be complied with must be checked in the official publications of the applicable legislation.

This book can and may never be used in defense against any infringements committed against applicable aviation legislation.
