Following the guidebook
I am sure this could be a good program however, it comes in one long track and is supposed to have 6 tracks. The guidebook states to listen to track 3 or 4 (both are the same just with male or female voices) for 7 days then track 4. Also to listen to track 6 daily. This means that the guidelines for listening contained in the guidebook can not be followed well as you are unable to program each track individually (unless I guess you edit it yourself and split it into programmable tracks). I emailed them through their web site for input but got no answer.
