It was funny, it was sad, it was well written and descriptive. I could imagine or see the pictures unfolding in my head as I was reading. I enjoyed it.
I loved this book
This is a story full of description and so eloquently written in parts, putting pen to thoughts and feelings that I only just barely recognized to be real in myself. There were so many likeable characters who were more than one-dimensional. My heart lit up in excitement. I both laughed and cried. I went to bed late and got up early to read it. Not just a love story, it was a well rounded family story. The author included some humour, some excitement and some genuine love and introspection. It is the most thoughtful book I’ve read in some time.
