My name (at least the one I share) is Fractured Quark. I’m a BOC, Bio-Organic Construct, or meat robot. Android. Evil doll. Take your pick. I tend to stay out of human-controlled space. It’s safer out among the megafauna-sized xenos for a boc.

I have one of the greatest collections of original (as in wood pulp) Twentieth and Twenty-First century human literature. The chance to obtain one of the rarest books in the galaxy was enough to get me out of my sanctuary. Time to take a risk.
