I painted Padre Gianni’s poems

To pay homage to Padre Gianni by creating a catalogue of paintings, prints , and calligraphy inspired by four of his poems:‘Beyond the mountains’, ‘ The Violet and the Beetle’, ‘ (1974 ) You are the wind I am the sail’ (2023 ) were originally written in Chinese. I translated them in English. The English versions were then translated in Italian by Antonio PISAPIA, and Maria Vittoria Pratesi. (1984) The fourth poem ‘ Fung On’ was written originally in Italian, and I have then translated it in Chinese and English.
