set up

As a prospect for a position in her company, she was convinced that she needed to go out and spend time with the other supervisors from other departments. She had pretty much stayed by herself the entire time she worked at the company. That was more her personality than it was to be extremely friendly with everyone. She got her work done, and she was good for the company itself, but what she didn't know was that the people that worked for her and the people that worked in other departments had gotten together and come up with a plan.
There was another person who was a supervisor who seemed more interested in her than she did of anyone else. It was their goal to get all the supervisors together to see what would pan out. If anything, it would be like a game. Some of the women have made major advances towards the men that worked in the positions that they were in. She was not one of them, so when she was faced with the opposition, everyone was surprised at what the outcome was.
