You Cannot Choose Your Father
Bryce is disturbed to realise that the young woman he had been attracted to two years previously and that he is now being asked to get close to, is the daughter of a crime lord. Just her surname is repellent to him but as he re-connects with her, he discovers that she is unaware of her father’s underworld life and a strong urge to protect her from being drawn into that world may jeopardise his mission. If the mission is successful, will Emma forgive him his lies and his take down of her family? Bryce and Emma’s hearts are at risk, will Love conquer all? Spoiler alert, there is a happy ending. One in a series but can be read as a standalone.
