Enjoyable - Once started I wanted to read more! I did think the first book ‘Destination Thailand’ better, more gripping.
A fun girlie read
Looking for something to read other than my unusual love of memoir, I was enticed by my love of all things India and as an ex tour guide how could I not download The Lonely Hearts Travel Club, Destination India. I was pleasantly surprised and instantly liked and empathised with the books main character Georgia. Although this is second in the series it was very easy to pick up where Georgia had left off in the previous trip to Thailand. We are introduced to Georgia, a stressed out young woman trying desperately to get the business off the ground, keep her business partner and hide her feelings for him. The story had me turning each page, laughing out loud and hopeful that all would turn out good in the end.
A great holiday read.
Once the story line grips you you can't put this book down.
Took a few more chapters to get in to then the last book (destination Thailand) but it was worth the wait. Great read to dive in to Georgia's life again, gives anyone inspiration to get up and go! And also not to care and go and find yourself.
Waiting for the next book (already pre-ordered) to find out the next chapter in Georgia's life and I can't wait.
