Absolutely Amazing, Emotional and Addictive Read
This is book two in The Carter Hills Band Series and it is Carter and Savannah’s story and omg it is definitely a must read. Carter and Dahlia have been best friends from a early age and did everything together and because of there love for music they were always together and would do anything for each other so when Carter realised that he was in love with her as she was his everything he decided to tell her how he feels hoping that it doesn’t effect there friendship only his brother Jeff stepped in and asked Dahlia to be his prom date completely devastating and breaking Carter’s heart and life apart leaving him not knowing what to do next. When Dahlia and Jeff became a couple, got married and are having a baby together Carter feels as if his world had been torn apart taking him down a dark hole that he is unable to get out of and then something happened that totally destroyed and devastated them all and Carter knew that he had to pull himself together to be able to be the person that he needs to be. Carter started writing and singing his music again and even though at times he felt as if everything was closing in around him he continued to try and move forward. When Carter and Savannah met things started out really well only for everything to change over time when Savannah showed a side of her that Carter had never seen before and he realised that she was taking over and changing his life and he needed to walk away from this toxic relationship before he lost even more of his self. Wow this book takes you on a wild rollercoaster journey that had your head spinning, heart racing and kept you on the edge of your seat wondering what would happen next and also it was so emotional and had you in tears. Savannah was a complete manipulator, used people for her own gain, selfish, greedy, evil, nasty, psychopath and a devious devil where as Carter was kind, caring, loving, giving and the most down to earth person even though he is a wealthy musician and I am so glad that he had some really special people in his life and corner to support and help him. I couldn’t put this book down as it was so addictive and the storyline pulled you in and wouldn’t let you go and had you turning the pages. Emmanuelle Snow is an amazing author and writer and her books are definitely worth reading and you will not be disappointed.
