While some might rebuke his narration for being too dramatic or providing too much interpretation, Dean's intensity adds to the book in a way that benefits listeners over readers. A Dark Classic
Many of you will have seen the film already and will be thinking, "is it worth reading the book?" I have to admit that the film was fantastic, but the book is so much more. It is darker in tone and the story is slightly different and much better as a result! If you are a fan of the movie you will love it. If you just enjoy a thoroughly moving and gripping story, you will love it. Definitely worth a read.
