Gets you running! Or at least considering it

Lots of great references and interesting facts about mental health and running both separately and together. Thought-provoking, heartwarming, and a great January read.

Brilliantly honest and relatable!

This book was brilliantly honest and so relatable! I read it at a time I really needed too and felt Bella brilliantly explained lots of my feelings and experiences! I’ve started couch to 5k and it has spurred me on to keep going with it... thank you!
