An original new series, with heart-pounding suspense and surprising twists.
Meet Louie Thorne. They didn't kill her--and they'll soon regret it.
When DEA agent Jack Thorne's house is stormed by vengeful drug lords, both he and his wife are shot dead. Only his daughter Louie survives--by using a terrifying power that defies reason.
Piecing together a life in his absence, Louie embraces her gift and her rage under the force of a single need: revenge.
She will destroy the men that took her family. No matter the cost, no matter how many bullets, she won't stop until justice has been well and truly served.

Fabulous
Fantastic read. Draws you in
Worth a read
There are a range of interesting characters, whose interactions weld this novel into a believable scenario. It is well written and I would recommend you read it. There are some questions that I would have liked to have been answered, but possibly they can be found in subsequent books.
Unusual premise, superb theiller
Loved the book. Lou has unusual abilities, but uses them to her best capabilities.
She may come across as emotionless on the outside, but is that just a mask?
Stayed up all night to finish the first book. It’s not just the suspense, but Shrum’s moments of insights like Konstantine’s view on American architecture, King’s opinions on self righteousness and youth. Loved it! Even more than the Dying for a Living series.
