Best book
Sad to see Dennis gone though
Dennis Milne flawed hero but hero nonetheless.
Absolutely loved this book with two of my favourite characters. Dennis a flawed ex policeman but charmingly engaging and Tina Boyd tough go getter policewoman with plenty of flaws herself. Entering the world of depravity you find in the Philippines in this book is perhaps not so palatable but it makes for a really good read. Action packed. Loved it!
The Payback
Completely gripped from start to finish. A truly great read. This is the first book I’ve read by Simon Kernick and it definitely won’t be the last, I’m hooked.
