Agents of the Crown
I read this series out of order and overall preferred James’ book to this but it’s still a good read. Smugglers, spies and a happy ending.
Very surprising
The initial conflict described in the blurb is resolved very quickly in this book, making me curious as to what the rest of the story would contain. I like the romance, the espionage was exciting and an amazing climax. Overall just a very fun book, with well written characters and an interesting plot, full of the charm and wit expected from Julia Quinn.
Great story
Brilliant! Loved the adventure side of it - even if for me could have been a bit more - but thrilling just the same. And loved the personal dictionary notes of Miss Trent!
