So serenely beautiful to travel the islands, to ‘see’ the sunsets and sunrises yet be surrounded by a howling gale and an incredible white-out of an all too brief snow-storm! Reading a good book is the very best way to travel the world, sat in your own home with the central heating on and the cat trying to sit on your lap beneath the iPad!!!
Back to the book - twisted vine is yet another delight-full Toby Neal book set in ‘the islands’. Gently twisting of the vines brings new insights into already met characters and leads towards more books in the series. What more could you wish for?
Wonderful development of characters
What I love about this series is that you enjoy the exciting story, while you also get closer to the main characters. You start caring about their future, how they've grown, and to appreciate their virtues.
