Makes vegetables seem exciting
I am actually not a vegetarian at all, but have been wanting to eat less meat for a while now. This book is a godsend for those cooks who want to make their veggie dishes a little more exciting- every recipe really delivers on flavor and as a result you barely miss the meat at all. Very well designed, user-friendly and incredibly varied. Makes vegetarian cooking seem truly exciting.
Elegant and straightforward
If you are looking for easy and delicious vegetable dishes, you won’t be disappointed with this book. By far one of my favorite cookbooks ever- it has given me back my passion for cooking. Down to earth, practical and wonderfully designed too. An excellent buy.
Truly inspirational
I have tried so many new and delicious recipes from here- peppers stuffed with guacamole, stir-fried veggies with cashews, mango ice-cream... and I’ve only had the book a couple of weeks! Have been thrilled with everything so far in terms of both taste and ease of preparation. Full of mouthwatering and varied recipes, makes you realise you don’t need to eat so much meat to make food interesting! Extremely easy, and gives veggies pride of place in the kitchen. Totally worth it.
