Fascinating
This is hands-down the best garlic book on the market (and there are quite a few). Highly informative, stylish and brimming with mouthwatering and user-friendly recipes. Five stars.
A kitchen essential
Well researched, elegantly presented and very readable. Provides lots of vegetarian (and a few meat-based) garlicky treats; particularly notable are the aubergine and garlic mousse, garlic and chickpea prawns, and garlic and rosemary bread rolls. You do not have to be slavishly devoted to garlic to like this book: this is useful for any cook looking to make their food as flavorful as possible! Excellent value for money and would not hesitate to recommend.
Incredibly diverse
The perfect book for those who like their food imaginative yet simple! We’ve used our copy several times a week for the last few months- it’s become a staple in our kitchen. Fun recipes with serious flavor. Highly recommended.
