Customer Reviews
Fresh and simple
There is nothing too complicated in here, just the fresh flavours of juicy lime well paired with interesting textures and good quality ingredients. Very useful to have around, especially in warmer weather when you are in need of quick and easy refreshment. Would make a great gift, too.
A real feel-good cookbook
I felt good on the inside and on the outside after sampling several of the recipes in this delightful book. I have always been a devotee of lime- is there any flavour more robust or refreshing?- but tend to use it in just a handful of dishes. This book has really expanded my recipe base, and has given me some great ideas for using this highly nutritious and versatile ingredient in drinks, cakes, and sauces. I admire the understated elegance of this book and love the simplicity of the dishes. 5/5.
Delightful
I read this book from start to finish- not something I often do with cookbooks! There was just so much in here that inspired me: lime ricotta and cucumber sandwiches, lime-marinaded salmon, lime-ricotta cake, lime mousse.... and the list of mouthwatering dishes goes on! Although I haven’t attempted any of these yet, the simple yet quality ingredients paired with the other positive reviews this book has gained so far have reassured me that this was an excellent buy.
