APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
When the author of the hilarious Destination Love series returned with a rom-com we knew it was guaranteed to be a laugh-out-loud journey and Jo Watson didn’t disappoint. Beginning with the hijinks of a faulty elevator, this comedy is packed with face-palm moments as our heroine Becca Thorne attempts to find the author of love letters found in the lining of her vintage handbag (which did not survive the broken elevator). Becca is desperate to write a second novel, could this be the story she’s been searching for? It seems she’s willing to risk plagiarism—and even the law—to find out. If you’re looking for a novel that’s a little outrageous but sweet at its centre, this is the read for you.

Laughing and crying
This isn’t as exhilarating as some of the other books, but I still really enjoyed it. Read it in a day! Lots of laugh out loud moments.

Jo Watson never disappoints me, another beautiful and emotional story told! Each book I read starting with burning moon to love you, love you not I declare I have a new favourite and this hasn’t changed as I now have a new favourite! I loved the relationship between Becca and Mike it felt real and natural and I couldn’t help but laugh out loud at some of Becca’s antics, but what really made this book stand out for me what the heartbreaking love story between Edith and Abe I couldn’t stop myself from tearing up at parts and felt genuine angst at the world and humanity for what they were put through! All in all such an amazing story!!
