This is Abuse

Emotional Abuse is abuse. And often times, because of our upbringing, culture, or pride, we don't recoginize it. We can't comprehend that what he's doing is actually abusive. It happened to me. I was so beaten down, controlled, threatened, shamed, and I still didn't recognize it as abuse until it got physical. I'm sharing my story in the hopes that it can help you see the signs before it's too late.
