One of the few remaining characters in Rock & Roll today, Jack White’s career has seen him juggle both mass appeal and critical success. Whilst he is most famous for being one half of alternative music scene-darlings The White Stripes, Jack’s career to date has involved numerous other bands, production and collaborations with some of the world’s biggest artists, high-profile romances and even movie stardom. All the while managing to seem as though genuinely trying to keep himself away from celebrity, despite her advances. From the young boy turned upholsterer, through to headlining Glastonbury and writing a Bond theme, Jack’s life would certainly be undersold if described merely as ‘busy’.
