Gov and His Dog

There was a land filled with mostly fantastic people. Gov was the leader of the land.  The happy and peaceful people of the land were very upset one day when they learned a child's parent had been very cruel to their child and hurt the young child.  The people asked Gov to find a way to prevent this tragedy.  Gov visited the Land of Departments for a solution.  The Land of Departments sold Gov a dog with special powers.  This do could sniff out bad parents, separate the bad parents from the child and keep them separated. All this was done with a cookie treat.  The dog was a CPI Dog.  Gov eagerly bought this solution back to his people who felt a sense of relief an action had been taken. No one wanted to notice the bad behaviors and effects the CPI brought to the land.
