Great Book for those healing from generational trauma!
I learned about Alex on IG. I love listening to her inspiring messages. Her voice is so soothing and her messages are always timely! I’m in the midst of an intense healing process related to generational trauma. This books immediately resonated and encouraged me! Take notes if you can!
Amazing!!!
Wow this audiobook took me on a journey that I had no idea I needed to be on. I love author Alex Elle, she is wonderful in the work that she does in helping people want to heal from their places of pain. I highly recommend this book and also follow her on Instagram as well.

I’ve read this book twice I learned so much each time I love this book it’s helping me heal from my childhood trauma it’s so important to make peace with your past.
