Fantastic fake dating
Fake dating is my elite trope! These two are total opposites attract. We have Clay who is a football player and wants to win back his ex-girlfriend (come on dude, ex’s are just that for a reason). Then Giana, our bookworm who works for the team’s PR. She badly wants the attention of some musician. Basically these tow come up with a plan to use each other to get the attention of others, while at the same time falling madly for each other.
Kandis always knows how to bring the spice. Fake dating always is a guarantee to make me laugh and smile throughout. The heroine was one we all can root for and just relate with. A must read!
Edward Black and Miranda Dyer were new to me narrators and I throughly enjoyed their voices and telling the story. I will look for more of them in the future but they really brought Clay and Giana to life.

I enjoyed the book and honestly thought it was relatively captivating. I just couldn’t give it more than three stars because of the female narrator. Every time the audio transferred to the female narrator, the audio was lower quality and you could hear all of the back ground noise (chair creeks, birds chirping, etc). The background noise was distracting, I just couldn’t fully immerse myself in the story.
The epilogue was also lackluster. I understand it set up the plot for the next book, but I would’ve enjoyed more closure on Gianna’s and Clay’s relationship. If you can look passed these shortcomings, it’s a great read (or listen).
Perfect fake dating romance
I enjoyed Blind Side just as much if not more listening to the audio. The narrators were great and pulled you into the story.
This was a fun quick read that I really enjoyed. I love a good fake relationship story and this one was perfect. I just love Clay and Giana. The banter and the chemistry these two have is off the charts. Blind Side is a must read and will have you turning the pages as fast as you can. I love a good sports/fake dating story and this one hit the nail on the mark. Must read!
