Some information on parts of the brain used in emotional thinking, but not much useful information. Better books out there on this same topic.

I just can’t get past the narration of this book. It makes my ears bleed. I wish I could get a refund.
Do not listen to the audio version
The audio version of this is awful. Who’s reading this? It sounds like a robot with unnatural pauses between each word and it’s tough to listen to.
